We are seeking a Bilingual Corporate Controller to oversee the accounting, tax, and financial management of our corporate group, which operates across national and international markets with a strong focus on business aviation services (FBOs, ground handling, and related support operations).
This role goes beyond traditional book-keeping. The Corporate Controller acts as a strategic financial counterweight to operational teams and a rigorous, proactive internal auditor. You will be responsible for ensuring financial and tax compliance, managing intercompany structures (Mexico/US operations), streamlining group consolidation, and delivering executive-level insights to support senior decision-making.
Position Mission
To ensure the accurate financial, operational, and tax administration of the company and its related entities, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, group-wide financial consolidation, robust internal controls, and strategic reporting for senior leadership.
Required Profile
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Undergraduate-level education is acceptable; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., DCG/DSCG, CPA track, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate controllership, Holding company administration, accounting and tax closings, financial consolidation, transfer pricing, and intercompany structures.
· Knowledge of tax compliance in Mexico and the United States.
· Advanced or fluent conversational English.
Main Responsibilities
· Oversee accounting and tax closings.
· Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and tax closings across all group entities.
· Operational Counterweight
· Coordinate audits and strengthen internal controls.
· Proactive Internal Auditing and External audits
· Process Improvement
· Manage intercompany operations.
· Prepare executive reports for senior leadership and financial planning
· Propose improvements to accounting, financial, and administrative processes.
