Responsabilities:
- Create the annual development and training plan for the company
- Schedule the training plan and coordinate with other departments to ensure its implementation.
- Monitor compliance with the standards for induction, training, and development of new hires.
- Create suitable material for implementing soft skills training
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Secretariat regarding the correct registration of training sessions.
- General activities in HR Department.
Requirements:
- ENGLISH ADVANCED MANDATORY
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
- Five year of experience in Training and development.
- 2 years of experience as a human resources generalist
