- Comfortable learning and adapting to department processes, systems, and evolving technologies.
- Experience with healthcare compliance, privacy, accreditation, or regulatory programs.
- Familiarity with CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC, CARF, or similar accreditation standards.
- Experience creating or adapting policies, templates, checklists, or compliance resources.

- AI certification, healthcare compliance certification, or healthcare licensure.
- Strong attention to detail, especially grammar, formatting, organization, and consistency.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software tools.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted workflows and adapting to new technologies.
- Join a fast-growing SaaS company transforming healthcare compliance.
- Collaborative and supportive remote work environment.
- Exposure to U.S. healthcare operations and regulatory practices.
- Opportunity for professional growth within the health-tech industry.
