100% REMOTE – MEXICO
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Virtual Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This position is ideal for someone who is a quick learner, comfortable working independently, and enjoys social media, organization, and getting things done.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and post content for homes and properties we have for sale
- Manage and update social media posts and property listings
- Upload photos, videos, property descriptions, and other marketing materials
- Help create engaging real estate content for social media
- Assist with basic real estate administrative tasks
- Research properties, markets, and other information as needed
- Help organize documents, information, and daily tasks
- Communicate with team members and assist with follow-up
- Assist with other real estate-related projects as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and responsive
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and online platforms
- Canva or graphic design experience is a plus
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a plus
SCHEDULE
Flexible remote schedule with availability during agreed-upon working hours for communication, projects, and team coordination.
