The Cultural Hacking - Studio Partner will be the visionary executive leader responsible for driving the strategy, business growth, methodological evolution, and AI-powered transformation capabilities of the cultural transformation practice on a global scale.
This role requires a strong Disruptive Thinking and AI Mindset , constantly challenging conventional models of leadership, collaboration, talent, and organizational design by leveraging AI, automation, data-driven insights, and human-centered innovation to redefine how organizations evolve and operate.
The ultimate mission is to position Globant as the definitive strategic partner for organizational evolution, transforming traditional corporate cultures into agile, disruptive, AI-enabled, and future-ready ecosystems. As the head of the Studio, this leader acts as a Trusted Advisor to Boards and C-level executives, translating the complexities of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and emerging technologies into measurable, high-impact business levers.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the Studio's go-to-market strategy, identifying business opportunities and sponsoring transformational commercial proposals for key accounts, with a strong focus on AI-enabled cultural transformation and future-of-work solutions.
Ensure that the Cultural Hacking portfolio of services and products remains best-in-class, integrating AI, data intelligence, automation, and behavioral insights into cultural and organizational transformation offerings aligned with clients’ digital transformation demands.
Define, own, and secure compliance with the Studio's strategic vision and financial metrics (Revenue, Gross Margin, and Billability).
Oversee and guarantee a healthy execution plan to ensure predictability, transparency, scalability, and financial health across all cultural transformation and AI adoption projects.
Change Direction & Program Design (Delivery & Practice Leadership)
Lead the conceptual creation of frameworks, methodologies, AI-powered transformation programs, and adaptive operating models for organizations seeking to evolve their culture, leadership, ways of working, and mindset.
Accompany and sponsor the delivery of critical and complex Change Management projects, ensuring top-tier delivery quality, mitigation of organizational risks, executive alignment, and maximum client satisfaction (NPS).
Continuously monitor global trends in human capital, organizational psychology, AI transformation, future workforce models, and change methodologies to refresh and elevate the Studio’s capabilities and market differentiation.
Promote the adoption of AI-powered tools, people analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making frameworks to enhance organizational adaptability, employee experience, and transformation outcomes.
Market Positioning & Disruption (Stay Disruptive)
Act as the primary evangelist for Cultural Hacking and AI-driven organizational evolution in the market, actively representing Globant in business forums, industry events, executive roundtables, and media spaces.
Foster internal and external initiatives that bridge culture with technology, AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging digital capabilities, linking a significant portion of the Studio’s growth strategy and revenue to disruptive, AI-enabled solutions.
Champion conversations around the future of leadership, human-AI collaboration, workforce transformation, and organizational reinvention, positioning Globant as a pioneer in AI-powered cultural transformation.
People Leadership & Integration (Leadership)
Proactively attract, retain, and develop the next generation of leaders in change management, cultural consulting, and AI-enabled transformation, ensuring clear growth paths, continuous learning, and a highly collaborative environment.
Partner with Globant's regional leaders and other Studios to seamlessly integrate Cultural Hacking, AI capabilities, data practices, and multidisciplinary transformation approaches into strategic client proposals.
Model emotional intelligence, adaptability, disruptive thinking, experimentation, and timely decision-making while successfully navigating high-pressure, ambiguous, and fast-evolving environments.
Promote an AI-first and innovation-driven mindset within the Studio, encouraging teams to experiment with emerging technologies, rethink traditional ways of working, and continuously evolve organizational practices through human-centered innovation.
