Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary finance partner for Procurement and Copackers, providing financial guidance on spending, inflation and productivity.

Analyze and report direct material and indirect spending performance, identifying key drivers and opportunities.

Consolidate and communicate commodity inflation trends, including the impact of price changes and volume fluctuations across categories.

Validate and track productivity initiatives, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting of savings and business impact.

Develop financial forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators that provide visibility into procurement performance.

Deliver insightful analyses and recommendations to Finance, Procurement and Copack leadership teams.

Consolidate and submit annual commodity inflation planning assumptions and outlook scenarios.

Analyze monthly actual and forecasted commodity inflation results, explaining key variances and business drivers.

Validate and report procurement productivity initiatives and savings performance.

Develop and maintain procurement performance scorecards and key metrics.

Perform monthly budget reports

Conduct forecast sensitivity analyses to assess financial exposure and business risks.

Manage, analyze and transform large datasets into actionable business insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
-
One or more years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement Finance, or related analytical roles preferred.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis is highly valued.
Capabilities

Proficiency in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Ability to simplify complex financial information and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Strong business acumen and understanding of macroeconomic factors and their impact on costs and financial performance.

Experience building financial models, scenario analyses, and executive-level reporting.

Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities; experience with visualization and reporting tools is a plus.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
