This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales processing, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration, with exposure to client-facing sales and service operations.
THE ROLE
You’ll be the engine behind our sales order process — making sure every purchase is captured accurately, every client is followed up with, and nothing falls through the cracks. It’s an operational role with client-facing exposure, built for someone who wants to understand how a sales and service operation actually runs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Process and enter new sales orders into the CRM with accuracy and speed.
- Track orders from submission through fulfillment — follow up until done.
- Support clients and internal teams on order status and next steps.
- Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Meeting Room, and Client Success teams.
- Use CRM data to flag issues and suggest process improvements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Operations.
- Detail-oriented — you catch errors others miss.
- English fluency at C1, C2, or native level — written and spoken.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive and accountable when managing multiple tasks or follow-ups.
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or operations.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (any).
- Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
