Job Description
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Recruitment Associate will collaborate closely with the HR Lead and other HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Job Responsibilities and Functions
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to source potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates to gauge interest and fit for the position.
Screening and Interviews
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and team members.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the role and the company.
- Participate in panel interviews and case presentations to ensure consistency in the interview process.
Database and Applicant Tracking
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview feedback.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in recruitment databases.
Communication and Relationship Management
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Build positive relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Administrative Support
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Support the HR LEAD in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficient in profesional English (C1, TOEFL PBT 600+)
- Bachelor in Organizational Psychology, Psychology or Business Administration
- Has international experience
- 0-3 years of professional experience
