Responsabilidades:
Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all production processes are controlled and monitored for quality and compliance. Working together with production, process team and supplier quality to ensure a high quality product and customer satisfaction. It must comply and ensure that the organization's KPIs are within the goal, Warrantees and Failure Cost. Experienced engineer, capable to lead, solve complex problems and capable to deal with top management.
Responsibilities:

Define, control and place strategies to ensure plant KPIs are within the goal: Warranties and Failure cost. (A3, 5W, 8D, Kaizen)
40% per day
Review, create and maintain Control Plans, due changes in product/process or new product development. Work with production and process team to review, create and maintain PFMEA.
30% per day
Ensure the performance of internal, step and process audits (Internal Quality Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Inspection process audits (DA).
20% per day
Work on Root Cause analysis on Customer Complaints, Non conformances in external audits (ISO or Certifications); develop action plans, implement and monitor effectiveness. (A3, 5W, 8D)
10% per day
Supervises, assigns activities and develops personnel under his/her responsibility.
Requisitios:
Minimum Required
- Engineer Bachelor degree, technician or equivalent
- Good knowledge on ISO 9001
- Good/Expert in Core Tools
- Good/Expert Root cause analysis
- ISO Internal Auditor

Preferred
- 5 or more years of experience working as an Assurance Quality Engineer.
Six Sigma, SAP & Metrology (desirable)
