NOW HIRING – Customer Service & Reporting Specialist

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 17:36 (GDL Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team! If you have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and enjoy working with reports and data interpretation, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Create formal reports and correspondence based on field data and quality control test results.
- Interpret and communicate test results according to client specifications and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain client documentation following company filing practices.
- Review data for completeness before formal reporting.
- Support internal discussions and reporting generation processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Combination of education, training, and related experience may be considered.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management and prioritization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop.
Salary & Benefits:
$26,000 MXN gross monthly
Approx. $21,600 MXN net monthly
