Pangea (formerly GST AutoLeather, Inc.) is one of the leading global suppliers of leather upholstery for automotive seats and roofs, supplying many of the world's major original equipment manufacturers, such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Stellantis, Volkswagen, and BMW, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer demand and provide timely follow-up on customer requirements.
- Analyze and process customer releases.
- Develop and maintain production plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast fulfillment.
- Coordinate production planning meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Generate and maintain departmental KPIs.
- Participate in APQP activities.
- Support Balance Out activities and shipment planning.
- Coordinate action plans to respond to demand fluctuations.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English (approximately 80% proficiency).
- At least 1 year of experience in:
- Demand Planning
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Customer demand management
- Automotive industry (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
