Requirements
Bachelors degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related field.

Minimum 26 years old

Experience in similar positions.

Strong knowledge of air and maritime import processes.

Full understanding of customs clearance and import procedures.

Experience handling customs documentation.

Knowledge of tariff regulations, Customs Law, NOMs, and RRNA.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Intermediate English preferred.

Experience in shipment tracking and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
-
Coordinate and monitor import operations.
-
Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and customs brokers.

Review documentation required for customs clearance.
-
Coordinate transportation and shipment tracking.
-
Prepare operational reports and shipment follow-ups.
-
Resolve issues related to cargo and logistics processes.
-
Prepare shipment quotations.
-
Ensure KPI and delivery compliance.
