Business Development Supervisor
Location: Reforma, Mexico City
Salary: MXN $30,000 - $40,000 per month
SAIC MOTOR MEXICO is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to support the growth of our automotive logistics operations by identifying new business opportunities, developing commercial strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives within the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Logistics, or Automotive Operations.
- Advanced English (Required).
- Valid driver's license.
- Automotive industry experience (Required).

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automotive and logistics sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop business strategies to support company growth objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, business performance, revenue, and operational results.
- Prepare reports, executive presentations, and business proposals.
- Coordinate commercial activities and support negotiations with customers.
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify areas for improvement.
- Support strategic projects and business expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
