Architectural Drafter / Render Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter / Render Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate construction documents while producing high-quality architectural renderings and presentation materials for commercial, retail, industrial, workplace, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects.
This role requires a strong technical background in architectural drafting, exceptional visualization skills, and the ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to deliver high-quality design documentation and visual presentations.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Drafting
- Prepare detailed construction documents and drawing sets using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit/construction drawings for U.S.-based projects.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and consultant disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on project markups and client feedback.
- Ensure all documentation complies with U.S. architectural standards and project requirements.
Architectural Visualization
- Create conceptual renderings and high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations.
- Produce animation walkthroughs and presentation-quality visual content.
- Develop lighting studies, realistic material finishes, and environmental settings.
- Integrate photography and drone imagery into architectural renderings when required.
- Utilize AI-assisted visualization tools to enhance rendering quality and workflow efficiency.
Presentation & Graphic Design
- Prepare professional client presentations, proposal graphics, and marketing materials.
- Produce presentation boards using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Support design teams with visual storytelling and project presentations.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers throughout all project phases.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and implement revisions promptly.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience preparing construction documents for commercial, retail, industrial, workplace, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience with rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, D5 Render, or 3ds Max.
- Experience using AI-assisted visualization tools (e.g., Veras, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience integrating photography or drone imagery into renderings.
- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based architecture firms.
