The role
Infrastructure & Observability Engineer
Are you excited about working with modern observability and performance monitoring tools?
Do you want to grow your career in an environment where you will learn from infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps specialists?
We are looking for someone with an interest in observability, monitoring, and infrastructure to support the evolution of our operational capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, and develop skills in automation, reliability, and cloud operations.
How a day to day would look like in this role:

Configure, maintain, and optimize monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, and reporting.

Support the identification, analysis, and tracking of incidents and operational events.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to improve service observability.

Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Contribute to the documentation of procedures, standards, and best practices.
What we need to see from you
We are seeking a professional with early-career experience in infrastructure, operations, cloud technologies, or monitoring, who is eager to build a career in observability, reliability, and automation. We value analytical and curious individuals with a strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Required skills:

Experience in infrastructure, technical support, operations, monitoring, or related areas.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.

Experience or familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Basic knowledge of scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.

Interest in developing expertise in SRE, DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
