Position Mission:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, screenings, and interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and manage documentation.
- Support onboarding and new-hire integration.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records.
- Support payroll data collection.
- Manage contracts, benefits, and terminations.
3. Employee Relations & Support
- Provide first-level HR support.
- Track attendance, leaves, vacations.
- Assist with engagement initiatives.
4. Training & Development
- Coordinate training logistics.
- Maintain training records.
- Apply 9 Basic Competencies and CBI; ensure annual evaluations.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Support audits.
- Prepare HR reports.
6. Health, Safety & Well‑Being
- Assist with safety programs and compliance.
7. HR Projects & Leadership Support
- Participate in HR projects.
- Provide feedback to HR Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related.
- 1–3 years HR experience.
- Knowledge of local labor laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
