About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer to design, improve, and scale the next generation of our AI-powered question-generation architecture.
This role is not focused on training large language models from scratch. Instead, the focus is on building reliable AI-driven systems that combine sports data, educational content, validation logic, quality controls, and measurable improvement processes to generate high-quality learning experiences at scale. Specifically, a key aspect of this role involves transforming sports data and events into educational learning experiences, which is one of the most unique aspects of STEM Replay
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Curriculum, Design, and Engineering to improve the reliability, consistency, scalability, and quality of STEM Replay's AI-driven content generation systems.
Success in this role requires a combination of AI systems engineering, sports data expertise, evaluation frameworks, product thinking, operational discipline, and strong ownership.
