We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Travel Program Specialist to become part of our LATAM Travel team.
In this position, they will act as the main liaison for regional travel operations, making sure our employees enjoy smooth travel while remaining compliant with company policies. This is a great opportunity for a professional with a solid background in corporate travel and expense management who flourishes in a multinational, fast-moving setting. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with LATAM travel regulations, hands-on experience with modern travel booking platforms such as Concur, and outstanding communication skills in both English and Spanish to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for every LATAM regional travel need, coordinating complex travel arrangements and delivering outstanding support to travelers

Uphold company travel policies by drawing on local and regional expertise to guide and educate employees effectively

Oversee and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense, addressing and resolving any system-related issues that come up

Instruct employees on expense submission guidelines to boost clarity, secure compliance, and simplify the reimbursement process

Handle immigration-related inquiries and internal processes such as Topia, and issue support letters and guidance for business visa applications

Engage directly with local and regional travel vendors to answer inquiries, tackle issues, and continually enhance service quality

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with broader business goals

Contribute to LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit processes

Review travel data and produce reports that surface trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas ready for process optimization
Requirements

No less than 2 years of hands-on professional experience in corporate travel and expense management

Background acting as the go-to contact for regional travel needs, coordinating complex travel arrangements while offering outstanding traveler support

Capability to uphold company travel policies by using local and regional expertise to guide and educate employees effectively

Practical experience managing travel bookings within Concur Travel & Expense, including diagnosing and resolving system-related issues

Understanding of expense submission guidelines and the ability to coach employees to ensure clarity, compliance, and a smooth reimbursement process

Familiarity with visa and immigration procedures, including platforms such as Topia, along with the ability to issue support letters and provide guidance on business visa applications

Track record managing relationships with local and regional travel vendors to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and continuously improve service quality

Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with overall business objectives

Experience contributing to LATAM-specific reporting practices, internal controls, and travel audit activities

Analytical mindset to interpret travel data and compile reports that highlight trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process optimization areas

Excellent written and verbal command of English and Spanish at B2 level or higher
