Electronic Design Engineer I - PCB Designer Altium
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- PCB Design in Altium is a Must
- Circuit Design, Matlab, C++, LT Spice
- Circuit design, analysis and testing
- PCB layout
- Performs electronic design functions with limited scope on new and existing products as assigned.
- Performs drawing and diagrams revisions per red-lines, sketches, EC descriptions, written and verbal instructions.
- Carries out limited investigations related to research and development projects with guidance.
- Identifies opportunities for product improvements and defines them as projects.
- Develops understanding of manufacturing processes for use in product design assignments.
- Completes assigned Engineering Changes with in a timely manner.
- Completes redesign projects as assigned, with guidance.
- Provides input into the generation of ideas for new products or product lines.
- Develops new and innovative designs and solutions for use on projects.
- Develops improved manufacturing approaches for use on projects.
- Generates design engineering documentation usually in the form of engineering drawings and reports.
- Creates, checks, and submits complete part and assembly documentation packages.
- Supports in construction of mock-ups and prototypes
- Works effectively with others, and utilizes all available resources in solving project problems.
- Operates within existing MRP and Engineering Change procedures to meet project objectives.
- Participates in project/status and departmental meetings.
- Recognizes technical, scheduling, and resource problems, and initiates corrective actions.
- Plans, develops, and coordinates the engineering and related technical activities of a large project or several smaller projects.
- Performs testing and evaluation functions on assigned projects with limited scope.
- Assists in the development of typical test plans and carries out routine tests on assigned projects.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering or related science.
- Electronic components integration such as Servomotors, Sensors, Bluetooth, GPS
- Electronic components programing such as PLC, Arduino
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Passionate for quality and perfection to the detail.
- Creative, proactive, self-guided, productive.
- Communicates well in technical English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates the ability to solve problems using deductive and intuitive reasoning skills.
- Able and willing to lift and carry weights around 20 kilograms
- Age 20 – 30 years old
