Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Classroom & Group Management: Maintain an engaging, positive, and structured environment where students thrive.
- Child-Centered Empathy: Connect warmly with Primary and Middle School students, adapting your teaching style to their developmental needs.
- Multicultural Pedagogy: Effectively communicate and transmit technical knowledge to a diverse, international student body.
- Cooperative Learning: Apply active, collaborative teaching methodologies (training provided).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications:
- Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
- Proof of didactic training for teachers.
- Language & Teaching Credentials:
- C1 English Level (Certified).
- Teacher’s Course (120+ hours) OR TKT Certification (Minimum Band 3).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (preferably with Primary or Middle School age groups).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, educational software, and digital learning platforms.
- Soft Skills: Empathetic, proactive, creative, excellent team player, and culturally sensitive.
Position Details & Benefits

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
