General Job Description Sanmina, a leading electronics manufacturing company committed to equal opportunity, is seeking an Information Systems Engineer specialized in AI Integration and Business Systems. You will be responsible for the efficiency, maintenance, and support of our SFDC (Salesforce) infrastructure and business applications, while leading the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions to automate processes and ensure the security and availability of global services.
THE ROLE
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology).
- Experience: 3+ years of solid experience in IT systems administration, Business System Analysis, and AI implementation.
- Focus: SFDC Administration, AI Automation, LAN/WAN projects, and Continuous Improvement (Lean/Kaizen).
Key Responsibilities This role requires a forward-thinking engineer to drive innovation and manage infrastructure integrity:
- AI Innovation & Implementation: Design and implement AI-driven tools and automated systems to solve complex business problems and improve operational decision-making.
- SFDC System Administration: Review, analyze, and implement improvements in Salesforce (SFDC) Systems (Cloud/Virtual versions) and manage QCP (Quote Calculator Price) implementation.
- Infrastructure & Networking: Analyze, design, and implement LAN/WAN projects and telecommunication voice/wire systems using new technologies.
- Global Deployments: Lead the 100% deployment of eManuals and manage MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) feedback systems.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing methodologies (Kaizen & CIMA) to optimize IT workflows.
- Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customer IT requests, ensuring high-quality service and business continuity.
Required Knowledge and Skills Essential Technical Knowledge:
- AI Expertise: High proficiency in AI tools, LLMs, and automation frameworks applied to professional environments (Mandatory).
- Business Systems: Strong experience in SFDC (Salesforce) administration and Business System Analysis.
- Networking: Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN design, telecommunication systems, and network security.
- Programming: Solid understanding of programming languages (PowerShell, Java, or C#) for automation and system debugging.
- Lean Methodologies: Proficiency in Kaizen, CIMA, and continuous improvement processes.
Plus Skills (Desirable):
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/SFDC Cloud).
- Background in global manufacturing environments (EMS).
- Implementation of security protocols (MFA/Cybersecurity).
Soft Skills:
- Advanced English (80% or higher, mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
