Lifting Devices & Monorails
Responsibilities:

Coordinate supplier activities and installation execution (Sistemas Hormiga).

Follow up on lifting device installation, alignment, and equipment readiness.

Coordinate and verify monorail system installation and implementation.
-
Perform mechanical, operational, and safety validation.
-
Verify load capacity, mechanical integrity, safety devices, and equipment functionality.
-
Support commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
-
Identify, track, and close punch list and technical issues.
-
Review supplier deliverables and support final equipment acceptance.
-
Ensure final documentation and handover requirements are completed.
Technical Skills:
-
Experience with lifting devices, hoists, cranes, monorails, or material handling equipment.

Knowledge of mechanical installation, alignment, integration, and troubleshooting.
-
Understanding of lifting capacity, load handling, lifting components, and basic rigging principles.
-
Knowledge of lifting equipment safety requirements and safe operating practices.
-
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment layouts, and installation documentation.
-
Experience with commissioning, functional testing, and equipment validation.
-
Ability to identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
-
Experience working with suppliers and contractors during installation and commissioning.
Key Deliverables:

100% of lifting devices installed and mechanically verified.
-
Monorail systems installed, tested, and commissioned.
-
Load capacity, mechanical integrity, and safety validation completed.
-
Functional testing successfully completed.
-
Punch list and technical issues closed.
-
Supplier deliverables reviewed and technically accepted.
-
Final handover documentation completed and delivered. .
ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
Job type: ON SITE, 6-month contract.
Location: Monterrey, Mexico.
Salary: $70,000 gross.
