The Team
A&M TAG is seeking experienced Managers to Senior Directors to drive our transaction advisory practice. We partner with private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, evaluating target earnings quality, cash flows, working capital, and key business drivers.
You will work on diverse projects across industries, gaining exposure to our integrated due diligence approach that combines deep operational and industry expertise with rigorous financial analysis. Our methodology extends beyond traditional quality-of-earnings analysis to identify key value drivers for sponsors and lenders across Mexico and Latin America, creating impact throughout the investment lifecycle.
How will you contribute:
- Conduct core financial due diligence: analyze financial statements, assess earnings quality and business benchmarks, and identify key risks and transaction implications aligned with client investment strategy.
- Synthesize financial and operational data to drive meaningful client discussions, support management meetings, and develop fact-based conclusions.
- Develop client-facing due diligence reports and presentations that highlight key financial findings, earnings drivers, and actionable points for valuation and deal negotiations.
- Participate in management meetings and serve as a client point of contact for execution matters.
- Build and strengthen client relationships and identify new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience in a financial accounting due diligence group, audit or other finance / accounting functions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and/or related major
- Working knowledge of Mex GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS and SEC reporting
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- English proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Flexibility to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor
- Ability to thrive and be effective in fast-paced settings
- Available to travel
