We are building a high-performing Commission Operations capability for LATAM, and you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end commission lifecycle—from calculation and validation to preparation of accurate and timely payments to customers and partners.
You will ensure commission accuracy, support financial integrity, and collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and compliant commissionable model. Your work will directly impact partner satisfaction, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Required Skills
- Solid understanding of OTC/Finance processes (invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, order management).
- Ability to meet deadlines/SLAs, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Customer-service orientation with clear, empathetic communication.
- Effective collaboration with Sales, Credit, and Operations.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of commission models, financial operations, or OTC/AR processes.
- High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to manage complex datasets and ensure accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Required Tech Skills
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and commission or billing platforms.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed reconciliations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years in Finance Operations/OTC/AR/Collections or related roles (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Strong Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Degree in Business/Finance/Administration or related field preferred.
