Talent Acquisition Specialist III
At G Global, a leading logistics and international trade solutions company, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team at Parque Industrial Pacífico. Job Objective:
Identify, attract, and secure strategic, high-impact talent for key and leadership positions within the organization through specialized recruitment processes, headhunting, and passive sourcing, aligned with business priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and strategic positions. Conduct active headhunting and passive talent acquisition for critical positions.
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers, providing visibility into progress and timelines.
- Administer and interpret psychometric tests and technical assessments. Conduct competency-based interviews.
- Verify employment references for shortlisted candidates. Post job openings and manage candidate databases.
- Monitor and report key recruitment indicators (filling time, hire quality, internal satisfaction).
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal clients throughout the entire process.
- Guarantee legal compliance in hiring processes. Compile complete hiring files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- +5 years of experience in specialized recruitment (managerial, strategic, or critical positions). Experience in headhunting.
- Proficiency in competency-based interviews and selection methodologies.
- Experience administering psychometric tests. Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized talent boards.
- Knowledge of the executive job market and compensation structures.
- Advanced English (required).
