The Human Resources Director will oversee all HR operations within the LATAM region, including recruitment, hiring and onboarding, employee relations, lifecycle management, and compliance. This position serves as a trusted business partner to management, providing expert guidance on HR-related topics and proactively addressing concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accurate and timely information and assistance to the region's management team.

Manage recruitment activities within the ATS (applicant tracking system) including job description creation, candidate review, passive souring, and phone screens.

Complete pre-employment screening and onboarding process.

Manage timely communication with employees and maintain documentation, as required by specific country laws/regulations.

Communicate with managers regarding employee start dates and performance concerns.

Enter new employee data into internal HR systems and provide required documentation to payroll.

Complete employee changes, promotions, and terminations and prepare the necessary paperwork.

Assist with leave requests and employee relation needs.

Partner with the VP- Human Resources to enhance employee centric benefits and programs.

Proactively recommend process-related improvements and/or enhancements.

All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with at least five years of Human Resources experience.

Tri-lingual language skills preferred; English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Knowledge of LATAM employment laws and regulations.

Understanding of applicant tracking system processes.

Able to work independently with little supervision.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Serve as an effective leader and team contributor.

Sound analysis and decision-making skills.

Computer skills; Microsoft Office and D365.
