POSCO International E-Mobility México is looking for an Environmental Specialist to support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within our automotive manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate environmental inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Manage hazardous waste, environmental permits, and waste disposal programs.
- Support environmental investigations and corrective action plans.
- Promote environmental awareness and training throughout the organization.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy & Sustainable Development Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Environmental, EHS, or Manufacturing operations.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge
- SEMARNAT, STPS, and environmental regulations.
- ISO 14001.
- Hazardous waste management.
- Environmental permits and compliance reporting.
Languages
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
