Job Purpose:
Analysis of customer requirements to establish the production schedule, maintain inventory levels to meet the customer demand, accuracy on system data of inventory and provide customer service to our customer plants
Key Job Responsibilities:

Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operation metrics and the achievements of the organizational goals

Provide communication forum for the exchange risks, customers request

Follow up recovery plan & customer daily updates
- Keep monitoring build plan-commit plan with customer against notify any risk to plant Managements
- Assess communication style of individual team members and adapt own communication style accordingly.

Support and feedback initiatives and strategies production material/capacity sizing
- Maintain material control (MRP/ERP) & reconcile MPS (Customer demand)

Meet daily manufacturing, new models, ECN, Customers

End of Life (EOL) Management Customer Service members

Monitoring/Created management report requested (Build to schedule / Sales/ IOH/ EOL)
