Job Objective:
Ensure the correct execution of call center processes through ongoing audits, results analysis, and the generation of recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
Call Center Auditor Responsibilities:

Monitor and audit agent interactions (calls, chats, emails).

Validate compliance with scripts, protocols, and internal regulations.

Document findings and generate quality reports.

Analyze performance trends and areas of risk.

Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders on action plans.

Required Profile:
