Asegurar la operación del proceso paletizado con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continua minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Job Summary**
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Palletizing Operator to join our team at Fabricas Monterrey, S.A. de C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring palletizing machinery to ensure the accurate and timely stacking of products for shipment or storage, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities**
- Operate and oversee automated palletizing equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Monitor product flow to the palletizer, ensuring correct product orientation and integrity.
- Load and replenish pallets and other packaging materials as needed.
- Perform quality checks on stacked pallets, verifying correct stacking patterns, label placement, and product count.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning of the palletizing machinery.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production targets.
- Assist with other general production tasks as required.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical operations and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in product and pallet stacking.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) occasionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
