Compensation: Up to $90,000 MXN gross per month
We are looking for a talented Gen AI Developer Specialist to join an innovative team focused on building next-generation AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Generative AI, Large Language Models, intelligent agents, and machine learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize AI-powered agents and autonomous workflows.
- Develop applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Follow best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Development, AI/ML Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience developing AI/ML solutions and production-ready applications.
- Solid understanding of Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP technologies.
- Experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations and integrations.
- Advanced Python development skills.
- Experience with Pandas and PyTorch.
- Experience with API development and integrations.
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch.
- Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
- Experience deploying AI applications in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
