Quality Management System Engineer (Trilingual: Spanish – English – Chinese)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Management System Engineer to support, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System within our plastic injection manufacturing operation. This role will serve as a key communication bridge between local and international teams while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality, Mechanical, or related field).
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese (Mandarin) — spoken and written.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Develop, update, and control quality procedures and documentation.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality projects.
