Perfektion Music is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative based in Mexico to work remotely with our U.S. dealer network.
Perfektion Music is a wholesale musical instrument and accessory distributor serving independent music stores, school music programs, pawn shops, and other music-industry retailers throughout the United States. We represent more than 100 brands and offer thousands of musical instruments, accessories, and related products to our dealer customers.
This is not a traditional call-center position. We are looking for someone who wants to develop relationships, build a customer base, and grow their income through sales commissions.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility will be contacting U.S.-based music retailers and developing those contacts into active Perfektion Music customers.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. You should be personable, persistent, organized, and capable of building relationships with customers over time.
Strong English communication skills are essential. You will primarily be speaking and writing to businesses located in the United States, so you must be comfortable conducting professional business conversations in English by both phone and email.
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, telemarketing, or business development is helpful, but knowledge of musical instruments and the music industry is especially valuable. Musicians, music-store employees, and candidates with experience around guitars, drums, band and orchestra, pro audio, or musical accessories are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Base Salary: $10,000 MXN - $14,000 MXN per month + sales commission
Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
