Sales Operations & Inventory Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our team on-site. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and supply chain for our dental implantology business. You will manage customer orders, track specialized inventory, and provide data-driven support to our sales team. The ideal candidate excels at problem solving, handles regulatory details well, and is ready for occasional US travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders quickly and accurately from entry to fulfillment using our ERP system and CONTPAQi.
- Generate sales reports weekly and monthly to track revenue and product trends.
- Maintain customer data to ensure clinic accounts and specialized dental pricing are accurate.
- Assist sales reps with shipping updates, product availability, and quotes.
Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels daily to prevent shortages of high demand items.
- Coordinate with warehouses to track incoming shipments and outgoing clinic orders.
- Perform regular audits and reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
- Flag slow-moving items and track expiration dates.
Cross-Functional Communication & Travel
- Connect with finance within CONTPAQi to resolve billing, invoicing, and payment discrepancies.
- Work with logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules and reduce transit costs.
- Travel to the United States occasionally for product training, or logistics coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales operations, medical device/dental inventory control, or logistics.
- Software: Required proficiency in CONTPAQi and standard ERP systems. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Language: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Travel Requirement: Must possess a valid US Visa for international business travel.
- Work Environment: Full-time, on-site.
- Analytics: Strong math skills with the ability to spot trends in medical device inventory data.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, clear communication, and a proactive attitude.

Pay: $14,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
