4+ years of experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing
- Strong customer and program management experience
- Financial and P&L understanding
- Business-level English
- Knowledge of PCB/SMT manufacturing processes
- This role will lead complex customer programs, serving as a key connection between our customers and cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
- The Director of Program Management leads the program management team to create, manage and execute account strategies for assigned customers in order to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- The Director of Program Management plays a key role in developing customer strategy, creating alignment with other functional teams and driving for standardization of processes within the program management team. This position functions in tight cooperation with the Business Development team and will coordinate proposal preparation and establish and monitor project plans and schedules for new and existing customers.
- The Director of Program Management reviews CFT metrics and works with the Program Managers to develop improvement plans in areas including but not limited to customer service, financial performance, customer cost, quality, delivery and continually seeking value added business opportunities.
