Experience in Core Banking.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Banking, Business Process Analysis, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related areas.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of Program & Project Management.

Experience in Manufacturing Operations and/or Product Testing.

Knowledge of Industrial IoT Device Testing.
