Technical Support Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Basic technical support to customer via email, phone, or other methods.
- Provide Telephone technical support to customers and/or employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Use trouble shooting tools.
- Kaizen Methodology.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields)
- Associate degree is acceptable with a strong background on the fields mentioned above.
- Analytical Skills
- English language spoken and written.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate technical issues.
- Able to stay professional with challenging conditions and customers
- 0-3 years of experience in the field or a related area
- Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable.
