About Us: At Alpha Fidelis, we help intended parents build their families through the beautiful, life-changing journey of surrogacy. We are looking for an empathetic, creative, and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to help us tell the stories of our surrogates and connect with hopeful parents.
The Role:
We are seeking a freelance content creator to produce engaging, empathetic, and informative short-form and long-form content for our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels. This is a pay-per-project role ideal for a creative who can translate complex surrogacy journeys into captivating visual stories.
Our ideal candidate will be our social media face. Being able to be part of the content that will be posted in our social media pages and help us grow our reach with engaging, informative fun videos and posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Concepting: Brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts, static graphics, and carousels that demystify the surrogacy process.
- Video & Graphic Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, on-brand content (e.g., surrogate spotlights, agency Q&As, educational reels on the IVF process).
- Platform Optimization: Tailor content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, keeping up-to-date with current audio trends and algorithm updates.
- Copywriting: Write compelling, empathetic, and compliant captions that respect both surrogate privacy and legal surrogacy guidelines.
- Review & Refinement: Ensure all content adheres to agency branding and ethical advertising guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in social media content creation, digital storytelling, and video editing (via CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
- Empathy & Tone: A strong understanding of how to communicate sensitive, emotional, and joyful topics with authenticity and respect.
- Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with family-building, IVF, or women’s healthcare is highly desired.
- Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio or links to previously created social media content. Only applicants who provide this will be considered.
