We are seeking a detail-oriented: Logistics Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily import, export, transfer, and logistics operations.
- Track shipments, transit times, customs processes, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review and maintain logistics and customs documentation.
- Generate operational reports and analyze data using Excel.
- Identify operational risks and provide timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and platforms.
Requirements:
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or 3PL operations.
- Knowledge of import and export processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
- Experience with logistics systems is a plus (CargoWise, SharePoint, IDEAS, etc.).
- Availability to work one Saturday per month.
