The Senior Technology Procurement Analyst leads end-to-end procurement activities across multiple technology procurement categories while ensuring operational continuity, procurement compliance, financial accuracy, and timely execution. The role manages a global portfolio that may include Technology Renewals, Software, Hardware Maintenance, Professional Services, Workforce, Cloud Services, and additional categories assigned to the organization. This position partners with Business Owners, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Technology teams, and suppliers to ensure procurement activities are executed efficiently while maintaining governance, business continuity, and operational excellence. The role is expected to maintain expertise across a minimum of two procurement categories and provide cross-functional support as business priorities evolve.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned technology categories.

Evaluate procurement alternatives and provide recommendations balancing business requirements, cost, risk, and operational continuity.

Coordinate Business Owners, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Technology teams, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

Create and manage Purchase Orders in SAP/Ariba while ensuring Procurement policy compliance.

Validate financial information, approvals, documentation, and purchasing requirements.

Maintain visibility of upcoming procurement activities, proactively prioritize workload, and mitigate operational risks.

Support complex procurement initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and cost centers.

Serve as the primary Procurement contact for assigned stakeholders.

Provide proactive communication, status updates, and issue resolution.

Independently manage high-priority or executive procurement requests requiring cross-functional coordination.

Partner with Sourcing on supplier commercial or contractual matters while retaining ownership of procurement execution.

Deliver a high-quality Procurement experience while balancing customer needs, compliance, and operational priorities.

Develop reports, dashboards, portfolio metrics, and procurement visibility.

Identify cost optimization opportunities, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.

Maintain procurement documentation, trackers, governance, and audit readiness.

Lead or coordinate special procurement projects and process standardization initiatives.

Maintain expertise across a minimum of two procurement categories and quickly adapt to new responsibilities.

Provide operational support during business peaks and organizational changes.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned procurement categories, systems, and processes.

Coach Analysts, share best practices, and support onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Procurement, Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Technology Renewals, Workforce Procurement, or related Procurement functions.

Experience managing complex procurement portfolios with minimal supervision.

Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP, and/or Ariba.

Experience working across global organizations and cross-functional teams.

Experience supporting multiple procurement categories or the ability to rapidly learn new categories.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
