As our Workforce Analytics Manager, you will serve as the firm's trusted advisor for workforce intelligence and operational reporting.
You'll design executive dashboards, analyze workforce trends, develop forecasting models, and provide strategic recommendations that help leadership optimize staffing, improve productivity, and support sustainable growth.
Your work will directly influence workforce planning, organizational performance, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.

What You'll Do
Workforce Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain workforce dashboards and executive reporting solutions.
- Analyze workforce utilization, productivity, staffing capacity, attendance, and operational performance.
- Transform complex workforce data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop scorecards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear operational visibility.
Workforce Planning & Forecasting
- Build workforce forecasting models that support staffing decisions and organizational growth.
- Analyze historical trends to identify future workforce needs and resource requirements.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate workforce utilization and staffing capacity.
- Support long-term workforce planning initiatives through quantitative analysis.
Performance Measurement & Operational Insights
- Evaluate workforce performance metrics, operational KPIs, and productivity measures.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to reporting methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
- Monitor organizational trends and communicate key findings to executive leadership.
Reporting Automation & Data Governance
- Continuously improve reporting processes, dashboard functionality, and analytics capabilities.
- Develop standardized reporting definitions and governance practices.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Data teams to enhance reporting automation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner.
- Support special projects, organizational initiatives, and executive reporting requests.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce analytics, organizational performance, and business intelligence.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced experience developing executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Experience building workforce reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience within legal services, professional services, healthcare, or high-growth organizations.
- Experience with Time Doctor or workforce productivity platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization, or reporting automation.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting and workforce planning.
- Professional certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Workforce Planning.
