Review, create, adapt, implement, and follow up corporate image and facility guidelines to ensure that Stellantis standards are correctly deployed across all dealer points of sale and service facilities. The role also supports the control, consistency, and execution of network infrastructure by brand, including showrooms, workshops, electrification readiness, and dealer investments, while contributing to an optimal customer experience and operational efficiency across the network.
STRATEGIC: 45%
- Ensure compliance with corporate identity and facility standards across all assigned brands, points of sale, and service facilities within the dealer network.
- Lead contact and negotiations with the distributor network, including owners, directors, investors, and key decision-makers.
- Create and adapt manuals for new brands and concepts by reviewing global guidelines, localizing them for Mexico, publishing them, and supporting their deployment through communication and training.
- Maintain and update corporate image, showroom, and workshop standards to ensure continued alignment with brand evolution and local business requirements.
- Manage projects with Global Dealer Network teams for the review, validation, approval, and implementation of standards and facility initiatives.
- Provide visibility and status control for remodeling programs, Stellantis Brand House standards, and brand-specific facility requirements.
- Provide visibility and status control for electrification programs in both customer-facing and aftersales areas.
- Act as a strategic point of contact on image and facility matters with the dealer association and other relevant external stakeholders.
- Serve as the main liaison between official suppliers and the dealer network for corporate identity and electrification-related projects.
OPERATIONAL: 45%
Manage projects with dealer investors and their architects, including construction, remodeling, and implementation follow-up.
- Maintain and update corporate project management platforms used for facility control and reporting.
- Maintain and update SNAPON and other applicable tools containing final facility images, layouts, and implementation evidence.
- Coordinate work teams with external architectural suppliers and ensure proper execution, timing, and quality of deliverables.
- Develop, evaluate, and approve suppliers for compliance with corporate image standards, cost competitiveness, and technical quality.
- Monitor suppliers to ensure continuity of service, cost control, and proper support to the dealer network during construction, installation, and post-installation stages.
- Manage warranties and issue resolution, when applicable, for image elements and installations supplied by official vendors.
- Plan and monitor electrification projects for the dealer network, including service areas, customer areas, and related facility adaptations.
- Review projects with electrification dealers to validate scope, readiness, and compliance with brand and technical requirements.
- Manage visit plans, implementation budgets, and follow-up actions related to electrification and network facility programs.
- Coordinate with Arquitectura 117 and other support teams to ensure compliance with remodeling plans, workshop requirements, and electrification execution.
- Monitor the correct setup and readiness of workshops by brand, including layout, equipment, tools, ramps, and infrastructure required to support aftersales operations.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 10%
- Control budgets related to Market Representation, facility programs, and assigned network infrastructure initiatives.
- Create and follow up on requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation required for suppliers and projects.
- Manage the registration and administrative follow-up of service providers (e.g., Arquitectura 117, Urban Science, and other vendors supporting Market Representation).
- Track GR (Good Receipt) and related financial processes to support proper cost control and payment flow.
