Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated Virtual Junior Dispositions Specialist to join our growing Dispositions team. This is a fully remote, full-time position paying $7.00 USD/hour, open to candidates based in Mexico. You'll support our buyer-side operations by prospecting for new buyer leads, vetting their qualifications, and maintaining an organized buyer database — a great entry point into the real estate investment business with room to grow into the purchasing side of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect daily for new cash and investor buyers via phone, text, email, and social platforms
- Conduct buyer-qualification interviews to confirm purchase criteria, funding capacity, and timeline
- Maintain accurate buyer records in our CRM, including regular database hygiene
- Segment buyers by geography, property type, price range, and exit strategy
- Hit or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and qualified buyers added
- Help build email/SMS lists and coordinate property walk-throughs with qualified buyers
- Provide responsive frontline customer service on inbound buyer calls, texts, and emails
- Support other dispositions projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or progress toward one preferred
- 0–2 years of phone-based sales, customer service, or call-center experience
- Exposure to real estate, property management, or mortgage industries a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software (Podio, Salesforce, or similar) and Google Workspace preferred
- Professional, positive, energetic phone presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with a high volume of daily calls
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Must be based in Mexico and able to work core hours overlapping U.S. Pacific Time
