Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Please submit your resume in English. Proficiency in English is required. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal to support a U.S.-based law firm. This role requires experience supporting personal injury litigation matters, managing discovery, maintaining court and deposition calendars, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities Litigation Support:
- Provide day-to-day support on active litigation matters.
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.
- Monitor case activity and ensure deadlines are tracked and met.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and third parties as needed.
Discovery Management:
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of discovery requests and responses.
- Track discovery deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Manage and organize case documents and evidence.
- Support attorneys with document review and case preparation.
Court & Deposition Calendar Management:
- Maintain court calendars, hearing dates, filing deadlines, and other litigation-related events.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, mediations, and meetings.
- Prepare and manage litigation-related notices and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all calendar deadlines are accurately tracked and communicated.
Administrative & Legal Support:
- Draft, format, and organize legal correspondence and litigation documents.
- Maintain accurate records within case management systems.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and workflow management.
- Support efforts to improve efficiency and organization across litigation matters.
Requirements
- Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role.
- Experience supporting personal injury litigation matters.
- Experience managing discovery processes.
- Experience maintaining court and deposition calendars.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based law firms.
- Familiarity with legal case management software.
- Strong document management and case organization skills.
- Paralegal certification or related education is a plus.
