- 0.50% commission of net profit on all deals closed
- $500-$750 USD (average estimated monthly commission)
- $2,000 USD per month starting pay
- Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST (1-hour lunch 12-1PM EST)

The Company
American Home Advisors are the foreclosure specialists in Atlanta Georgia. We help homeowners understand their options and purchase properties from homeowners at a price where we can make a profit. We only accept a small portion of applicants for any given role, we are a tight-knit team and focus hard on team working and bringing value to each other.
The Role
This role is dedicated to managing our pipeline of properties under contract, ensuring all paperwork is on point and neatly organized as well as coordinating with attorneys to ensure all deadlines are met. Additionally, this role is also dedicated to working and organizing complex probate transactions, and ensuring our transaction management software is current and up to date.
This role will share ownership of the department with our current CTCC (contract to close coordinator) who is responsible for stopping foreclosure auctions, seller communications, and coordination with service providers regarding seller needs.
Commission Breakdown
Going the extra mile to help close a deal should always be appreciated and compensated, therefore there’s a 0.5% commission for all company profits on deals worked on by the Closings Department
What You’ll Do
- Drive every deal from contract to closing
- Follow up relentlessly with:
- Attorneys
- Title companies
- Get documents signed and completed fast
- Solve problems before they slow deals down
- Keep constant forward momentum on all files
- Follow a research process for probate records and building family trees
