PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Electronics Manufacturing).
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the electronics industry.
- Advanced knowledge of production line balancing and standardized work methods.
- Experience managing Class 2 and Class 3 projects under IPC standards.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of at least 60 people, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a productive and motivated work environment.
- Monitor compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, quality, costs, and delivery times.
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and resources.
- Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of production operations.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Advanced English level (daily communication with Chinese people and clients of the USA).
- Immediate availability or less than one week.
Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mes
