What will you do?

Monitor Application Issues.

Provide guidance to Internal and External users with processes through the different channels.

Monitor the different contact channels.
-
Resolve application issues.
-
Solve Incidents and Service requests on a daily basis.

Create reports and dashboard for users and support team.
-
Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles
-
Achieve the defined goals defined in the KPIs, team & company goals.
-
Perform Non-Regression Testing for the New releases of the applications.
-
Attend team activities, meetings, KT, etc.
What qualifications will make you successful?
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience, graduating in July 2027 or later.

English – Advanced.

Software customer experience is desirable
-
Experience with ERP, CRM, ECM is a plus
-
Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards is a plus
-
Excellent communication and articulation skills with ability to work effectively in distributed teams.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency of software platforms.

Adaptability to process changes.

Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

- Availability to work in a hybrid schedule from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
