About the Role
You'll handle warm, inbound and outbound leads from prospective customers and turn conversations into closed deals. These are people who already raised their hand — your job is to qualify fast, build trust, overcome objections, and close at a high rate. You'll also be expected to follow up relentlessly on outbound opportunities. This is a high-volume, high-expectation seat built for someone who wants to win.
What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls and convert leads into paying customers
- Hit (and beat) daily, weekly, and monthly quotas and minimums
- Follow up on warm and outbound opportunities with discipline
- Master our sales software and scripts quickly and use them to close
- Compete to be at the top of the board every single week
What We're Looking For
- Proven top closer with 5+ years of inbound AND outbound sales experience — you can point to numbers, not just a job title
- Thrives in a competitive environment — leaderboards, rankings, and high stakes energize you instead of stressing you out
- Learns software fast — you can pick up a new CRM/sales platform in days, not months
- Comfortable with quotas, minimums, and very high expectations — you don't flinch at accountability; you want it
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, persuasive phone presence
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a quality headset
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- A background in in-home service sales (pest control, home services, HVAC, security, etc.)

Compensation
- Base pay: $3–$6 USD per hour (depending on experience and proven track record)
- High, uncapped commissions — top performers regularly earn more in commission than their hourly pay. Your income is a direct reflection of how well you close.
Schedule
- 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time (US)
- In the Philippines, that's approximately 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. PHT — this is a night-shift / graveyard role. Please only apply if you can consistently and reliably work these hours.
