Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business initiatives in Mexico. This role will involve managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter with a proven track record in business development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Mexico.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, including targeting new clients and markets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and adjustments to strategy as necessary.
- Represent UKB Electronics Limited at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Mexican market and local business practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
