We are looking for our Digital Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing best-in-class product pages and Brand Store experiences on Amazon Canada.
This role owns the performance of the digital shelf — the right candidate can audit a PDP, diagnose why it is underperforming, and take targeted action to improve it. This role manages PDP content, Brand Store updates, and digital shelf quality with a relentless focus on discoverability, conversion, and content accuracy. It acts as a critical quality layer between creative assets and live content, with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in e-commerce content, digital merchandising, or Amazon-specific roles
- Advanced english

Hands-on Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience required
- Demonstrated ability to audit and improve PDP performance through data-driven diagnosis and targeted optimization

Experience with A/B testing (MYE or equivalent) is a strong asset
